These terms apply to dumpster rentals and related services provided by Throw and Go Dumpster Rentals, LLC ("Throw & Go," "we," "us") in Corpus Christi, TX and the surrounding Coastal Bend. By booking a rental, you agree to the terms below.
Standard rentals include a 5-day window beginning on the delivery date. Need more time? Call us before your window ends and we'll arrange an extension or swap-out. Return the container early and we'll apply a $25 credit toward your next rental.
Each rental includes a 2-ton (4,000 lb) disposal allowance. Loads over the allowance may incur additional disposal charges based on landfill rates — if we think your job could run heavy (concrete, dirt, large roofs), we'll tell you before you book.
The following cannot go in our containers: hazardous waste, chemicals, wet paint, oils, fuels, batteries, tires, appliances containing refrigerant, medical waste, and asbestos. If you're unsure about an item, call before loading it. Prohibited items placed in a container may result in additional handling fees.
Please load debris level with the top of the container. Material stacked above the rim may need to be removed before we can legally transport the container.
You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement spot and for ensuring we have permission to place the container there (including any HOA or permit requirements). Our drivers place containers with care and use protective boards where appropriate; however, you acknowledge that heavy equipment can mark surfaces, and placement in the location you direct is at your discretion.
Payment is due as agreed at booking. Quoted flat rates include delivery, pickup, disposal within the weight allowance, and the standard rental window for addresses within our core service radius; extended-area deliveries are quoted at booking.
Plans change — just give us as much notice as you can before your scheduled delivery and we'll work with you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Throw & Go's liability related to any rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including weather and landfill closures.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Nueces County, Texas.
